French Doors

Two entry/exit doors for the house were in the den that we converted to our master suite; therefore, we needed to have another door aside from the front door.

Rob cuts the hole for the door.

Progress- Kitchen Area

We've made a lot of progress since the last time I've posted. In fact, we've been so busy that I haven't even had time to sit down and write. Where do I start? We have new floors, cabinets, renovated bathrooms - it almost looks like a house instead of a construction zone! We can start with the kitchen area.

The kitchen/living room area:
BEFORE:

The living room area before our renovations. We took up the carpet, knocked down the wall, refinished the floors and made the living room/kitchen area open.

The diving wall between the living room and kitchen comes down.

Rob gets a hold of the floors.

After we finished the floors. It was time for cabinets!

This table was given to us by Rob's grandfather and we wanted to use it as part of our island. It is a 12 foot table. We will paint the legs the color of the cabinets.
